In our role as Project Manager, we manage the construction process through to completion, meeting our client’s time, cost and quality objectives. Our services include:
- Developing a strategic brief with our clients
- Preparing the Project Execution Plan (PEP)
- Advising on procurement strategy and tendering
- Establishing formal communication and reporting procedures
- Undertaking stakeholder, programme, risk and value management
